This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) sets out the binding rules under which the Transfer+ service may be used.
This document forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of Transfer+ and any violation of this AUP may result in the restriction or termination of the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
Transfer+ is intended exclusively for:
- uploading,
- temporary technical storage,
- sharing of digital files
via the internet, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. General Principles of Use
The User undertakes to:
- use the Service solely in a lawful manner,
- not infringe the rights of third parties,
- not misuse the technical infrastructure of the Service,
- act in good faith and in accordance with these rules.
3. Prohibited Use of the Service
The User must not, in particular, use the Service to:
3.1 Unlawful Content
- upload, share, or distribute Content in violation of applicable laws,
- circumvent laws or decisions of public authorities.
3.2 Infringement of Third-Party Rights
- infringe copyright,
- infringe intellectual property rights,
- infringe personal rights or the right to privacy.
3.3 Malware and Security
- distribute viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious code,
- upload Content that compromises the security of the Service or its users,
- attempt unauthorized access to the Provider’s systems.
3.4 Abuse of the Service
- use the Service for phishing, spam, or fraudulent activities,
- distribute Content in bulk without authorization,
- overload the Service infrastructure beyond normal usage,
- circumvent technical or security limitations of the Service.
3.5 Sanctions and International Restrictions
- violate sanctions regimes of the European Union, the United Nations, or other relevant jurisdictions,
- use the Service by persons listed on sanctions registers,
- transfer Content in violation of export control or embargo regulations.
4. User Responsibility
The User:
- bears full responsibility for the Content they upload or share,
- is liable for any damages resulting from a breach of this AUP,
- represents that they hold all necessary rights to the Content.
5. Measures Taken by the Provider
In the event of a violation of this AUP, the Provider is entitled, even without prior notice, to:
- remove or disable access to the Content,
- temporarily restrict access to the User Account,
- permanently terminate the User Account,
- take additional technical or legal measures.
This does not affect the Provider’s right to cooperate with public authorities where required by law.
6. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations of these rules may be reported:
- via the “Report” feature available on the Service pages, or
- by email at: info@transfer.plus
Reports that are manifestly abusive or repeatedly unfounded may be disregarded.
7. Relationship to Other Documents
This AUP:
- supplements the Terms of Service,
- supplements the Notice and Takedown Procedure,
- does not replace the Privacy Policy.
In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
8. Changes to the AUP
The Provider reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. The current version is always available on the Transfer+ website.
