This page describes the procedure for reporting Content made available through the Transfer+ service that is considered unlawful, infringes the rights of third parties, or is otherwise inappropriate, and explains how the Provider responds to such reports.
This procedure forms part of the legal protection of the Provider as a hosting service provider within the meaning of European Union law.
1. Who We Are and Our Role
Transfer+ acts exclusively as a technical hosting service provider. We do not create, modify, monitor, or pre-approve Content uploaded by Users. Responsibility for the Content always rests with the User who uploaded it.
2. Content That May Be Reported
In particular, Content that may be reported includes Content that:
- infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights,
- violates personal rights or the right to privacy,
- is contrary to applicable laws or regulations,
- contains malware or harmful or dangerous code,
- breaches sanctions or export control regulations,
- otherwise violates the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy of Transfer+.
3. How to Submit a Report
3.1 Reporting via the Form
Each Content download page provides a “Report” feature that allows reports to be submitted via a contact form.

4. Required Information in a Report
In order for a report to be properly assessed, it should include at least:
- precise identification of the Content (URL link),
- a description of the reason for the report,
- identification of the allegedly infringed right (if applicable),
- contact details of the reporting party (email address),
- a statement confirming that the information provided in the report is accurate.
Incomplete or unclear reports may be dismissed without further action.
5. Our Procedure After Receiving a Report
Upon receipt of a report, the Provider is entitled to:
- assess the report,
- temporarily disable access to the Content, if necessary,
- remove the Content,
- take further measures in accordance with the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable laws.
The Provider is not obliged to inform third parties of the outcome of the review unless required by law.
6. Abuse of the Reporting Mechanism
Reports that are:
- manifestly abusive,
- repeatedly unfounded,
- submitted with the intent to harm the User or the Provider,
may be disregarded and may result in restricted or blocked access to the reporting form.
7. Cooperation with Public Authorities
The Provider is entitled to cooperate with public authorities to the extent required by applicable law and may remove or disable access to Content based on a legal obligation or a decision of a competent authority.
8. Relationship to Other Documents
This procedure:
- supplements the Terms of Service,
- supplements the Acceptable Use Policy,
- does not replace the Privacy Policy.
In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
